I have been enjoying coffee for more than 40 years.  I wanted a better coffee flavor and experience.  I began roasting coffee on my propane barbecue, and while I was creating some amazing coffee profiles, it was difficult to replicate a really good roast.  I purchased a small professional grade roaster that allows me to dial in my roasts, that makes it possible to repeat roasts perfectly.  My wife, Cindy and my grown children have all helped me design some new blends and figuring out ways to bring out the best of every bean.  We have created some wonderful artisan coffees and memories as we visit and enjoy our warm cupped creation.  As you read this, I am probably roasting and experimenting, to add to our existing coffees and blends.
